Designed for standard DN50 piping systems, this drive unit serves as the perfect upgrade for existing fountain nozzles, adding a new dimension of movement to your aquatic displays without requiring extensive structural modifications.
The Precision of Precision Engineering
The heart of the 1D drive lies in its sophisticated motion control system. At its core is a high-torque two-phase stepper motor, delivering a formidable 8.5 N.m of maximum torque. Operating at AC60V-80V and consuming 200W of power, this motor provides the muscle needed to articulate substantial nozzles smoothly and accurately, even under the significant pressure required to achieve water lifts between 8 and 15 meters.
The secret to the system's fluid motion is the precision 1:10 reduction ratio. This gear reduction translates the motor's high-speed rotations into finely controlled, incremental movements. The result is a drive that can sweep a water jet across the sky with buttery smoothness or lock it into position with absolute rigidity, ensuring that every water arc lands precisely where the choreography demands.

Dynamic fountain displays require repeatability. Every movement in a 30-minute show must be identical to the last to create a convincing illusion. Our 1D drive achieves this through an integrated sensor feedback system. Operating at a safe DC24V, the sensor provides real-time position data to the central controller.
We have simplified integration with clearly defined wiring specifications. The sensor line color separation (Brown-24v, Blue-Gnd, Black-Return to Zero Signal) ensures quick, error-free connections, while the stepper motor line colors (Red-A+, Green-A-, Yellow-B+, Black-B-) follow industry standards for straightforward pairing with most fountain controllers. This attention to detail minimizes installation time and eliminates guesswork.
Built for System Longevity
Huaxin understands that a fountain is only as reliable as its connections. To ensure the longevity and signal integrity of your installation, we provide specific cabling recommendations. We strongly advise using JHS 4*2.5mm² cable for the stepper motor to safely handle the power demands and prevent voltage drop over longer runs. For the sensor, we recommend PVVP 3*1.0mm² shielded cable, which protects the critical position feedback signal from electromagnetic interference, ensuring clean data transmission and error-free operation.
